Thin pork chop recipes instant pot. Return the pork chops to the pot and place the lid on. Pat dry pork chops with paper towels. Seal the lid and turn the instant pot to high pressure for 15 minutes (it will take about 15 minutes to reach pressure).

Add butter to instant pot. Cover the pot and press manual and set the timer to 1 minute. If your chops are thinner, follow the above steps on how to cook pork chops, but change the pressure cook time from 10 minutes to 7 or 8 minutes.

How long depends on how thick the pork chops are. And all the perfect seasonings to bring it together. Lock the lid in place, select high pressure and 15 minutes cook time.

Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with the garlic powder mixture and set aside. Remove pork chops and place on a plate. Add the olive oil to the instant pot and turn on to saute.
