Allow mixture to cool before adding to ice cream maker. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder to the base recipe below. (i haven't tried this with an ice cream maker but have done something similar whenusing oat milk in an aquafaba based ice cream, and it worked well).

Gently fold in remaining whipped cream until fully combined. Soak the oats in water for 4 hours or overnight. Be sure to freeze your ice cream maker freezer bowl overnight so it’s ready to go when you are.
