Mexican guacamole recipe with sour cream. This mexican 7 layer dip is a combination of beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa and toppings, all layered together and served with tortilla chips. To make this creamy avocado salsa, add all the ingredients, avocados, tomatillos, jalapeño, onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, and salsa into a food processor or vitamix. Then place the fresh tomatoes.

Sour cream, shredded pepper jack cheese, black beans, sliced jalapenos, red onion, black olives, or anything your heart desires! Top with salad, tomatoes, paprika, and sour cream to your taste. Add a pinch of cumin.

Microwave for about 30 seconds until cheese is melted. Serve immediately or cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until serving. In a regular 9″ pie plate, layer:
