It's tossed with broccoli pesto, and takes just 25 minutes to make. Coat the bottom of a large skillet with olive oil and place it over medium heat. Add in the garlic and pepper flakes (if using) and cook for 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant and starts to shimmer.

Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons spread. Toss with garlic, oil, lemon zest and juice, and cheese.
