How do you make authentic tacos. There is never lettuce*, tomato*, or shredded cheese. Rarely there may be sour cream available at a taquería or public market but it’s not common. After previously cooking the steak, fry some chorizo in the same skillet until well cooked.

Serve these delicious fish tacos with all the fixings, including fresh pico de gallo and a squeeze of lime. Top each tortilla with a couple of tablespoons of chorizo, some chopped onion and cilantro, and the pineapple chunks (if you are using them). Add the chopped steak to the skillet.
